What is your return policy?

We do not currently offer a returns service, however exchange may be considered under some circumstances, however all orders are thoroughly checked before dispatching, and therefore we hold the right to refuse an exchange if deemed necessary.

How Long Do Preorder items take?

Pre Orders take 14 Days to be made and processed, after which the items will be delivered, unless we already have the item in stock then the will be delievered as standard delivery currently in stock.
